This technique is produce on an ECO loom with an embroidered band. Two iconic materials are mixed in these products. On on hand, the traditional Herringbone cloth (pano Espina de pez) is woked as a background by our allies, the Ecotema Weavers Associative Group, on horizontal looms. On the other hand, the sash or band along the bottom is woven with double-pedal andinos looms, which are accomplished by machine embroidery.
